Oversees JPMorgan Chase’s Conduct Risk Management and appetite frameworks, coordinating governance, assessments, controls, reporting, and team development across business and corporate stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead governance meetings and manage end-to-end Conduct Risk Appetite processes, including second-line challenge of assessments.
- Analyze risk data, apply risk frameworks, and manage controls testing, audits, exams, and framework documentation.
- Partner with product owners on process-tool enhancements and lead and develop team members.

USD $128,250.00-$200,000.00 base salary (Jersey City, NJ); USD $128,250.00-$200,000.00 base salary (Brooklyn, NY)
