Guides customers through the home loan process, converting inbound leads into mortgage applications and supporting clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Convert warm inbound inquiries into qualified mortgage applications and conduct phone consultations.
- Record customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide post-application support while promoting Chase products and complying with regulations.
