Consumer Originations Proactive Outreach Agent

What you'll do

• Manage, prioritize, and follow up on leads; respond to inquiries and transfer qualified customers to advisors.
• Maintain accurate records across shared mailboxes and systems, and communicate with customers and internal partners.
• Support lead-management procedures and Sales team objectives while following regulations and company policies.

What they ask for

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to use multiple applications simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt to change, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; schedule availability includes certain holidays and weekends.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mortgage originations or servicing systems and processes.
• Prior call center experience; some college.
