What you'll do
- Prioritize and follow up on leads, answer inquiries, and connect customers with Home Lending Advisors.
- Maintain accurate records across shared mailboxes and systems; help improve lead-management procedures and materials.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and internal partners while following applicable regulations and company policies.
