Leads content strategy and design for digital products that help small business customers understand their options and make financial decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop content strategies, models, and taxonomies that make product experiences clear, usable, and consistent.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and collaborate with product, design, research, and technology teams from ideation through launch.
- Write and shape digital content, advocate for inclusive language, and use user insights to improve customer experiences.
