Supports accounting, controls, close, and financial and regulatory reporting for the firm’s parent and intermediate holding companies.
What you'll do
- Perform monthly legal entity close activities, including parent/subsidiary and equity method accounting; review intercompany balances and resolve variances.
- Analyze financial results, prepare management and reporting packages, and support quarterly and annual external and holding company regulatory reporting.
- Maintain controls and documentation, resolve reporting issues, and contribute to legal entity reporting and process improvements.
