Supports Corporate Structuring by developing and pitching tailored interest-rate and foreign-exchange hedging solutions for corporate clients, applying U.S. GAAP knowledge to financing and derivatives transactions.
What you'll do
- Support transaction structuring and origination; prepare customized pitch books and analyses for client meetings.
- Develop analytical models and identify client opportunities for bespoke transaction solutions.
- Coordinate with internal partners and communicate client updates on accounting, regulatory, and industry developments.
