What you'll do
- Conduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews; translate needs into requirements, epics, and user stories and manage a prioritized backlog.
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence, AI/ML, Product, Information Architecture, and Data Engineering to onboard data sources and deliver useful data products.
- Maintain talent data quality, governance, lifecycle practices, and catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage capabilities.
