Employee Compliance Product Manager - Vice President

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and execute roadmaps, priorities, business cases, and measurable outcomes with product leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate risk-management activities, improve efficiency, and translate business and regulatory needs into product initiatives.
• Promote adoption of AI/LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation; prepare executive materials and recommendations to support decisions and governance.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, business transformation, compliance, risk management, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation, process improvement, organizational change, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, including experience preparing recommendations for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations and diverse stakeholder groups, including without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with product operating models and agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs, agentic workflows, or experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, strategic roadmaps, or large-scale transformation programs.

Pay

USD 133,000.00-$215,000.00 base salary (Brooklyn, NY); USD 114,000.00-$180,000.00 base salary (Newark, DE); USD 133,000.00-$215,000.00 base salary (Jersey City, NJ)
