Supports the product lifecycle for an enterprise platform that helps bankers and advisors connect customers with the right expertise, from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption, and performance improvement.
What you'll do
- Drive defined product workstreams and translate customer and business needs into scalable features, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Conduct user research and analyze product metrics to inform roadmap decisions and evaluate outcomes.
- Coordinate with Technology and business stakeholders on delivery, dependencies, risks, controls, release, and product documentation.
