Leads ETF order-taking operations and supports the processing, settlement, reconciliation, and improvement of ETF primary-market activity.
What you'll do
- Process and validate ETF creation and redemption orders, resolving discrepancies and coordinating timely settlement with counterparties and internal teams.
- Perform reconciliations and exception management, escalating issues and risks as needed.
- Identify automation and process improvements and partner with technology teams to implement risk-reducing changes.
