Oversees meetings and events in a Client Center, serving as the client contact and coordinating event teams and center operations to deliver a high-touch experience.
What you'll do
- Manage event planning and execution, including pre- and post-conference calls, and coordinate with catering, audio-visual, and facilities teams.
- Support daily center operations, staff coverage and development, space use, reception, and EMS reservations.
- Address client needs and challenges, review planning details, and develop service improvements.
