Plans and oversees meetings in client and conference centers, coordinating event partners and providing high-touch service to organizers and attendees.
What you'll do
- Coordinate event execution with catering, audio-visual, and facilities teams; manage client needs and resolve or escalate issues.
- Handle reservations, correspondence, pre- and post-event meetings, reception coverage, and event records using the EMS.
- Provide personalized customer service and keep clients updated on requests and available options.
