Executive Director, Channel Execution Transformation and Martech Operations

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day channel execution and operations, including service delivery, quality, controls, and process improvement.
• Define and operationalize AI-enabled marketing workflows; translate business needs into requirements and coordinate testing, launches, and adoption.
• Lead change and stakeholder coordination, using process documentation and operational metrics to improve efficiency and report progress and risks.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or Martech operations, campaign execution, transformation, project management, technology adoption, AI enablement, or organizational change.
• Working knowledge of Martech platforms and tools; experience in data analytics, segmentation, audience strategy, measurement, or data-driven marketing execution.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and marketing operations, plus experience supporting channel execution or Martech teams and their operating routines, quality, controls, and service delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise marketing platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools, campaign workflow tools, or customer data platforms.
• Experience with AI or workflow modernization, Agile delivery, UAT, platform rollouts, regulated environments, or change and adoption materials.
