About the job
Leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise platforms that ingest, refine, govern, and provide employee data to analytics, operational, and application consumers.
What you'll do
- Define platform architecture, data models, and reusable patterns for employee data ingestion, refinement, storage, and access.
- Establish controls for data quality, lineage, monitoring, operational support, governance, and responsible handling of personal information.
- Lead and mentor architects and engineers, and partner with stakeholders on architecture, roadmaps, and delivery.
