Executive Director, Product Management — Home Lending Product & Transformation

What you'll do

• Set product outcomes, prioritize and manage the roadmap and backlog, and lead agile delivery from discovery through release.
• Build and deliver agentic experiences, define operating guardrails, and refine prompts, integrations, and data flows.
• Run discovery, usability tests, experiments, and analytics to validate outcomes, improve delivery, and communicate performance and risks.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end-to-end ownership and evidence of customer and business outcomes.
• Hands-on end-to-end experience building agentic, LLM-powered applications, including orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, and model-output evaluation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JIRA/JIRA Align; expertise leading agile delivery and measurable improvements to throughput and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Figma and process-mapping tools.
• Hands-on technical proficiency such as SQL, light scripting/automation, and/or firm-approved “vibe coding”.
