Executive Director – Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

What you'll do

• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mobilize cross-functional transformation opportunities; manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, implementation strategies, and governance to support investment decisions and value realization.
• Align business, technology, and operational stakeholders, using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support planning, risk synthesis, and reporting with human validation.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, technical programs, or enterprise change efforts within large organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in opportunity assessment, business-case development, prioritization, governance, and execution of complex transformation initiatives.
• Advanced analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in technical program-management workflows, validating AI-assisted outputs and following data-sensitivity requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience leading transformation in Infrastructure, Platform, or IT Operations organizations; enterprise-scale portfolio governance or value realization.
• Experience with financial and strategic analysis, operating model design, Agile at scale, regulated environments, or program/portfolio tooling.

Pay

USD 194,750.00-$285,000.00 base salary (Jersey City, NJ); USD 194,750.00-$285,000.00 base salary (New York, NY)
