Experience Design Senior Associate - Customer Offer Experience

What you'll do

• Create and test customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs across digital platforms.
• Use research, behavioral insights, experimentation, and performance data to improve offer experiences.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute accessible, inclusive, reusable design patterns and components.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in user experience design or an equivalent role focused on digital products and services.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, interpreting complex data, and creating accessible, inclusive experiences.
• Ability to take designs from initial concepts through tested flows, prototypes, and final designs, using feedback to improve them.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills; proficiency with industry-standard design tools.

Nice to have

• Background in offers, promotions, loyalty, acquisition, or conversion-focused experiences; familiarity with financial services or another regulated or complex field.
• Experience planning experiments and using results to improve conversion; familiarity with personalized or AI-supported interactions and AI-assisted design workflows.

Pay

USD 104,500.00-$150,000.00 base salary
