Full Stack Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain production software, including scalable, resilient architectures and end-to-end solutions.
• Lead adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering tools and establish validation practices for security, correctness, and performance.
• Resolve operational issues, improve system stability, and promote engineering practices and technologies across teams.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including system design, development, testing, and operational support.
• Back-end proficiency and, for full-stack roles, front-end proficiency; experience building microservices-based applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, web technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and scalable applications.
• Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development and coaching engineers on responsible, secure adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking domain.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, mentoring, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay

USD 156,750.00-$215,000.00 base salary
