About the job
Supports the OTC Global Derivatives Services desk and Advisor business by managing trade capture and lifecycle processing, controls, documentation, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Capture trades and lifecycle events in risk systems, and perform intraday and end-of-day completeness and reconciliation checks.
- Support legal documentation and regulatory reporting; coordinate with business and infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and develop automation for manual processes with attention to risk and controls.
What they ask for
- Demonstrated understanding of the specified derivatives and hedging products, including swaps, credit default swaps, commodities, FX, and OTC equity derivatives.
- Understanding of the full trade lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
- Comfort preparing and delivering presentations to Private Banking and JPMA Advisor teams.
- Willingness to work extended hours to support West Coast-based teams.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or other derivatives regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau; knowledge of emerging AI tools is also a plus.
