What you'll do
- Oversee regional security operations, guard force performance, incident response, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal partners and law enforcement on investigations, threats, crisis planning, and security requirements for properties.
- Lead and develop security staff, deliver awareness training, and use data to report trends, risks, and program needs.
