Head of Data - Corporate Responsibility

What you'll do

• Set CR’s data strategy and lead governance for critical assets and initiatives, including xCR CRM and Morgan Impact.
• Direct data-risk, quality, remediation, and reporting processes across the data lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor teams while partnering across business, technology, risk, controls, and firmwide data organizations.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience in data management, data governance, data risk management, analytics, business transformation, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated leadership track record.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, operating models, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing data ownership and governance, executing data strategies, leading large-scale data initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification, such as Certified Information Management Professional or Certified Data Management Professional.
• Experience in financial services; familiarity with modern data architecture, cloud platforms, analytics, or applying AI and automation to data management.

AI focus

Identify and integrate data for machine learning and responsible AI use cases; preferred experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, agents, or automation to data management, governance, reporting, risk management, or business processes.
