Provides strategic, transactional, and regulatory legal counsel for commercial real estate financing, advising business leaders and leading the Real Estate Banking Legal team.
What you'll do
- Advise on structuring, originating, servicing, and documenting commercial real estate financing transactions, as well as workouts and portfolio matters.
- Lead the Real Estate Banking Legal team and counsel business partners on regulatory, risk, client, and new-business issues.
- Prepare standard forms, manage external counsel, train business partners, and collaborate with risk, controls, compliance, and other teams.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate finance.

USD 190,000.00-$285,000.00 base salary; USD 218,500.00-$300,000.00 base salary
