About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors by managing borrower inquiries and applications, coordinating loan pipelines and closings, and assisting with customer and realtor marketing activities.
What you'll do
- Handle prequalification inquiries, complete loan applications, request borrower documentation, and review files with Home Lending Advisors.
- Monitor loan pipelines, communicate status updates, and identify potential application issues before processing.
- Coordinate submissions and closings among advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders; assist with marketing events.
