About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors by handling borrower inquiries and applications, coordinating loan documentation and pipeline updates, and helping market and close home loans.
What you'll do
- Take prequalification inquiries, complete applications, request borrower documents, and review them with Home Lending Advisors.
- Review complex loan files, manage pipeline communications, and coordinate submissions and closings with advisors, branches, processing centers, and realtors.
- Coordinate marketing and assist with realtor and builder events.
