About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors by guiding borrowers through the mortgage application process, managing loan pipelines, and coordinating customer, realtor, and marketing activities.
What you'll do
- Handle initial prequalification inquiries, take applications, request borrower documentation, and review it with Home Lending Advisors.
- Track loan pipelines, communicate status updates, and identify and resolve potential application issues before processing.
- Coordinate submissions and closings among advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders; support marketing activities.
