About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors by managing customer inquiries, loan applications, documentation, pipelines, communications, and marketing coordination throughout the home loan process.
What you'll do
- Handle prequalification inquiries, complete applications, request borrower documents, and review them with Home Lending Advisors.
- Manage loan pipelines, identify application issues, coordinate with borrowers and partners, and keep stakeholders informed of loan status.
- Coordinate marketing and events for buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders.
