About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors by managing borrower inquiries and applications, coordinating loan files and pipeline updates, and assisting with client and realtor marketing activities.
What you'll do
- Handle initial prequalification inquiries, complete applications, request borrower documents, and review files with Home Lending Advisors.
- Review complex loan files, help resolve potential issues, manage pipeline communications, and coordinate submissions and closings.
- Coordinate marketing and support open houses and trade shows for buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders.
