About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors and borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process, coordinating communications, pipeline management, and marketing activities.
What you'll do
- Take initial prequalification inquiries, complete applications, request borrower documentation, and review it with Home Lending Advisors.
- Manage loan pipeline updates and identify potential application issues before submission to processing.
- Coordinate loan submissions and closings among advisors, branches, processing centers, realtors, and builders; support marketing events.
