About the job
Supports Home Lending Advisors and borrowers throughout the mortgage process, coordinating applications, loan files, pipeline updates, marketing, and closings.
What you'll do
- Take prequalification inquiries, collect loan applications and documentation, and review materials with Home Lending Advisors.
- Review complex loan files, manage pipeline communications, and coordinate submissions and closings with advisors, branches, processing centers, and realtors.
- Support marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders, including staffing open houses and trade shows.
