Builds, tests, and delivers Windows and macOS application packages for enterprise deployment, while leading complex troubleshooting and improving packaging automation and standards.
What you'll do
- Own packaging from intake through testing, UAT support, and deployment readiness; manage upgrades, remediations, and dependencies.
- Act as a technical lead and escalation point, resolving complex installation and runtime issues with vendors and engineering partners.
- Improve packaging automation and documentation, using AI to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, and repeatable packaging work while validating outputs.
