What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop designers while establishing quality standards and consistent design practices.
- Lead research and service design, translating insights into prioritized recommendations and measurable experience improvements.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define experience requirements, success metrics, and cohesive platform experiences.
