Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Lead

What you'll do

• Structure and direct cross-functional engagement workstreams, analyses, and decision processes; synthesize findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Manage senior stakeholders, engagement operations, and delivery quality from diagnosis through implementation support.
• Identify and size GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics opportunities; shape business cases, roadmaps, adoption, and benefits tracking while coaching consulting teams.

What they ask for

• Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or comparable roles, with demonstrated impact.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex engagements or interconnected workstreams, including team direction, senior stakeholder management, synthesis, and decision support.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical judgment, including data-driven diagnosis, value quantification, and translating analysis into recommendations.
• Executive-level communication and demonstrated experience using GenAI/LLM tools to enhance consulting delivery and identifying AI-enabled transformation opportunities.

Nice to have

• External management consulting experience, particularly leading strategy, operations, or transformation engagements.
• Financial services or regulated-environment transformation experience, or experience partnering with Product, Data, and Technology on technology-enabled transformation.
