An Analyst in the FinTech, Wealth, and Asset Management team supports M&A and capital markets transactions through client materials, financial analysis, and execution.
What you'll do
- Develop content for client strategic meetings about M&A or capital markets transactions and interact with senior team members and clients on transaction execution and strategic alternatives.
- Prepare valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses.
