An Associate on the North American Private Capital Advisory team originates, structures, and executes minority investments, joint ventures, and other private capital transactions.
What you'll do
- Build financial models and assess transaction structures, cash flows, investor returns, and risk.
- Prepare client and transaction materials, evaluate capital partners and proposals, and support negotiation of transaction terms.
- Coordinate transactions from preparation through signing, serve as a client contact, and guide junior team members.
