Advises private equity sponsors and alternative asset managers on GP-led secondary transactions, including transaction analysis, structuring, marketing, and execution.
What you'll do
- Support origination and execution of GP-led secondary transactions and own modeling and valuation workstreams.
- Prepare and review transaction materials, coordinate diligence and other workstreams, and support investor outreach and process management.
- Monitor secondary-market activity and support client meetings, business development, and junior team development.
