What you'll do
- Lead, recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate branch and satellite-branch support staff.
- Partner with the Regional Director and business functions on strategic initiatives, process improvement, and day-to-day problem solving.
- Manage staff performance, compensation and employment actions, and human resources matters in accordance with firm policy.
