What you'll do
- Lead, recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and sales support staff.
- Support branch strategy and partner with regional and functional teams on staffing, problem-solving, and process improvements.
- Manage staff performance, compensation and disciplinary matters, and human resources issues in accordance with firm policy.
