About the job
Oversee suitability and compliance reviews of annuity and insurance products, resolve supervisory issues, train team members, and improve processes.
What you'll do
- Review suitability of annuity and insurance products and escalate supervisory issues with recommended actions.
- Partner with supervisory managers and registered personnel to resolve exceptions; review escalated work and deliver training.
- Drive process improvements, complete projects, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.

- Deep understanding of advisory services, products, complex client accounts, and US financial regulations, including FINRA rules.
