About the job
Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of a digital Practice Management platform that helps wealth advisors grow their practices and enables field leaders to coach and improve advisor performance.
What you'll do
- Set the platform vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures; lead discovery, delivery, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop 4–5 direct reports and partner with advisors, field leaders, and technology, design, and data teams.
- Drive adoption, change management, delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
