Operates and improves enterprise IBM MQ infrastructure, supporting reliability, resilience, automation, and application-team integration across production and nonproduction environments.
What you'll do
- Operate and support IBM MQ environments across development, testing, and production; handle incidents and maintain service availability and compliance.
- Support disaster recovery and resilience testing, improve service health indicators and alerting, and maintain operational runbooks and controls.
- Automate routine operations, contribute to post-incident reviews and corrective actions, and guide application teams on MQ integration and best practices.

- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
- Hands-on experience operating middleware in enterprise production environments, including IBM MQ administration and incident response in secure environments.
