Lead Software Engineer - AI4TECH

What you'll do

• Manage GitHub Copilot and Claude Code platforms, including provisioning, policies, configurations, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain AI assistant skills, agent workflows, internal tooling, automation, and reporting pipelines.
• Provision AWS infrastructure with Terraform and deliver secure, reliable production software.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts; hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Backend development experience with Python and Java.
• Experience administering GitHub Copilot Business/Enterprise and authoring custom instructions, skills, and agent configurations.
• Experience with Terraform and AWS, Claude Code or Anthropic API integration, CI/CD pipelines, and LLM developer-tool concepts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and serverless architectures.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies, application resiliency, security, and the software development lifecycle.
