Lead Software Engineer - Client Onboarding

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software; contribute through code reviews, testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate progress and risks, and support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and technical documentation.
• Promote approved AI-assisted development, establish validation standards, and coach engineers on safe, compliant use.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and proficiency in Java with J2EE server technologies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and build tools, design patterns, UML, object-oriented concepts, relational databases and SQL, source control, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience leading use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, plus collaboration, prioritization, and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Angular or React.
• Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies.

Pay

$156,750.00-$215,000.00 USD base salary
