Lead Software Engineer - Client Onboarding

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software; contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders, communicate delivery progress and risks, and apply Agile practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and lead adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering practices with consistent validation standards.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE server technologies, including Web Services, Spring, ORM frameworks, XML, Enterprise Java Beans, and JMS.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and build tooling, design patterns, UML, object-oriented concepts, relational databases and SQL, source control, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development and coaching engineers on safe, compliant use, including validation of AI outputs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Angular or React.
• Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies.

Pay

USD 156,750.00-$215,000.00 base salary
