Lead Solutions Analyst II | Business Systems, Data & AI (Wealth Management)

What you'll do

• Extract insights from diverse data sets and contribute to data-driven decisions; help shape architecture and operating-system designs aligned with business strategy.
• Lead team use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and SDLC tools, with validation standards for correctness, security, and quality.
• Manage dependencies and change control, guide others, and identify process improvements.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, focused on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
• Proficiency in data extraction, interpretation, and data-informed decision-making; experience in data visualization and analytics, including vendor products and relations.
• Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development practices and coaching engineers on safe, compliant use and validation of AI outputs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency creating business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.

Nice to have

• Hands-on use of generative AI assistants or LLM-based tools; familiarity with wealth management, financial services, or investment products.
• Agile or scrum experience; exposure to SQL, data visualization platforms, AWS, API integrations, system architecture, or data and AI pipelines.
