Lead Solutions Analyst - Product & Data management

What you'll do

• Elicit, document, and validate business and data-flow requirements, and model technical solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Analyze large, diverse datasets and provide data-informed insights for business initiatives.
• Guide team members and promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis and documentation with human review and secure data handling.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Strong product management experience in data management or telemetry; strong knowledge of Splunk, telemetry solutions, and data movement technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes, plus excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI for solutions analysis, with validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity; advanced data analytics skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced expertise in Splunk and telemetry tools.
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
