- Lead incident triage, resolution, escalation, root cause analysis, and preventative actions; monitor system health and report support KPIs.
- Own release schedules and coordinate release, change, deployment, rollback, readiness, and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain runbooks and procedures, and coordinate communication among technical and business stakeholders.
