Leads analytical and technical solution delivery for trade surveillance technology, supporting market surveillance and regulatory compliance capabilities.
What you'll do
- Define the Trade Surveillance technology roadmap and lead requirements, gap analysis, and integration planning.
- Use data analytics to support alert tuning, threshold calibration, trend analysis, and compliance decisions; oversee technical solution design and implementation.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and technology teams on regulatory alignment, issue resolution, and delivery; mentor analysts and contribute to hiring and development.
