Liquidity & Account Solutions Deposit Management - Product Manager Vice President

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and backlog for the deposit portfolio.
• Develop and govern pricing frameworks for ECR, interest-bearing deposits, and hybrid structures, coordinating with Treasury and Finance on balance-sheet and liquidity considerations.
• Lead product discovery, analytics, launches, and operating readiness, using client feedback and performance metrics to guide decisions.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain.
• Experience in wholesale deposits, liquidity/cash management, or transaction banking, including on-balance-sheet deposit products and pricing dynamics.
• Experience owning product lifecycle activities, product outcomes and KPIs, and data analytics, including complex, large-scale analytical processes.
• Ability to lead across matrixed teams and establish governance and controls for product or pricing changes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, or SQL; experience with process improvements, system migrations, or pricing governance is also preferred.

Pay

$133,000.00-$215,000.00 USD base salary
