Machine Learning Intelligent Operations Team - Quant Analytics Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Conduct end-to-end analyses, root-cause investigations, and business-driver analyses to identify customer and specialist friction and improve operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses, integrate business assumptions with production data, and address flaws across data collection, model development, and production.
• Develop SQL and Python code, document data and model outputs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a STEM related field plus 6 years of work experience in Analytics; or Master’s degree in those fields plus 2 year of work experience in Analytics.
• Solid programming skills in SQL; hands-on experience with Excel PivotTables, PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python Jupyter Notebook.
• Professional experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, ChatGPT, Confluence, and Snowflake.
• Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs; knowledge of regression, clustering, classification, controlled experiments, and causal inference methods.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience in consumer banking operations, servicing, collections, or marketing.
• Proficiency in big data ETL for structured and unstructured databases; understanding of IT processes and databases.
